1. KDW-116 (Prime coating):
1) Clean the surface:
Clean the surface of chimney inner wall as general surface, remove dust and greasy dirt.
2) Sizing:
Take the prime coating out of the package, spray it on the surface of chimney inner wall with professional spraying tools, and just dried at room temperature.
2. KDW-982 (Chimney anti-corrosion masonry rubber):
1) Mix rubber:
The recommended ratio is 10:1(component A: component B), and the operation time would be 1 hour when the operation temperature is 25℃. Increasing or decreasing the amount of component B within ±15% to speed up or slow down the curing speed.
2) Stir:
Completely stir the rubber with electric tool or other stirrer, the mixed rubber should be black, if it is white or too shallow, or local color is too deep, it is needed to stir until evenly colored.
3) Paste:
Evenly smear the mixed chimney anti-corrosion rubber on foam glass bricks or light vitreous tiles, ensure that the thickness of rubber between bricks and chimney inner wall is not less than 3mm and the thickness between bricks is not less than 1mm.
3. KDW-987 (Chimney anti-corrosion interface rubber):
1) Clean the surface:
Clean the surface of chimney inner wall as general surface, remove dust and greasy dirt.
2) Sizing:
Take the rubber out of package, smear smoothly the rubber on the surface of chimney inner wall with professio
nal tools, let it cured at room temperature.
3) Cure:
The product is cured at room temperature, and it is solidified into elastomer by absorbing moisture in the air, whether completely cured depends on the thickness. (2~3mm thickness, at 25
℃, humidity of 50%, it could be completely cured within 24 hours)
